Ideal to treat plantar fasciitis, alleviate inflammation and sore muscles, relieve tension and increase circulation and mobility.
Hot and Cold Therapy
For heating, bring water to a boil, remove from the heat source and let cool down for 1 minute before placing the foot roller or massage balls in in. Fully submerge the roller for about 10 minutes. Be careful when removing the roller from hot water. Do not microwave or boil.
For cooling, place roller and/or massage balls in the freezer for 3 hours or overnight. The inner gel filling will turn to ice and provide a cooling effect.
Give Your Feet The Rest They Deserve
The textured foot roller provides relief from plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, edema and fatigue. To use it, place on a flat surface, it is best if you are sitting down, but you can use this standing up if you want to put more pressure on the foot. Place your foot in the middle section and roll back and forth to either cool or heat the plantar.
